Dieago Miller is the founder and leadership coach of Miller Growth Consulting, a consulting firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Miller has over 20 years of leading and developing talent in various industries. He holds a DBA with a concentration in Organization Development from Johnson & Wales University, as well as an MBA with a concentration in International Business and BS in Business Management, both from Winthrop University.   

Dr. Miller has extensive experience effectively leading others to success, facilitated by his Gallup Strengths, Everything DiSC, PMP, and LSSBB certifications. He specializes in strength coaching, leadership development, personal development, and employee engagement. His experience in various leadership roles in corporate America and extensive research on leadership styles and organizational development give him an intimate understanding of the challenges leaders face in their careers and everyday lives. Dr. Miller’s unique expertise and perspective helps identify barriers impeding growth and provides the insight to remove roadblocks.
